Registration fees
Early registration fee: $500 USD should be paid in full before April 15th 2012. Late registration fee: $550 USD should be paid in full before April 30th 2012. On-site registration fee: $600 USD. Student registration fee: $250 USD. The registration fee covers the conference program, the conference proceedings with CD, attendance at all scientific sessions, an opening reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinners and a conference banquet.
